will provide a Certificate of Completion for Level 1 "Supervisor-Intensive"
Training from the Institute for Person-Centered Services, directed by David Mee-Lee,
M.D. We will also provide a workshop description, goals and objectives, and any
supporting materials needed for those who are able to petition their relevant
