Refund Policy :

All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests postmarked by July 15, 2003 will receive a full refund, minus a $55 administrative fee, or full credit to a future program(s) offered by the Institute for Person-Centered Services or DMl Training & Consulting. Absolutely no refunds will be made after July 15, 2003.

 

Postmarks and Payment Dates:

We recognize the June 16, 2003 registration early discount date is quite close. Therefore, the June 30, 2003 payment deadline was created to allow time for purchase order processing in organizations where this applies.

Certificate of Completion/ No formal Continuing Education Certificate:

We will provide a Certificate of Completion for Level 1 "Supervisor-Intensive" Training from the Institute for Person-Centered Services, directed by David Mee-Lee, M.D. We will also provide a workshop description, goals and objectives, and any supporting materials needed for those who are able to petition their relevant continuing education bodies.
